1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using the Your Garage platform (“Platform”), including our website, mobile applications, and any related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Your Garage LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use our Platform. Your continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any modifications to these Terms. We will notify you of material changes through in-app notifications or email.
2. Definitions
Platform | The Your Garage consumer website (yourgarage.qa), mobile applications (iOS/Android), partner portal, admin portal, driver applications, and all related software and services. |
User / Customer | Any individual who registers for and uses the Platform to purchase products or book services. |
Service Provider | Independent mechanics, locksmiths, car wash operators, detailers, tinting specialists, tow truck and breakdown/recovery drivers, convenience drivers, delivery drivers, and other automotive professionals who fulfil services through the Platform. |
Driver | Convenience drivers, breakdown/recovery drivers, delivery drivers, and mobile service providers who perform on-demand tasks through the Platform's driver applications. |
Partner | Businesses (garages, car service centres, spare parts dealers, breakdown/recovery companies, car dealers, insurance companies, and other automotive businesses) that list products or services on the Platform via the Partner Portal. |
Order | Any transaction placed through the Platform, including product purchases, service bookings, garage appointments, breakdown requests, convenience deliveries, and subscription enrolments. |
Garage Buddy | Our AI-powered automotive assistant that provides vehicle diagnostics, maintenance advice, and service recommendations. |
Wallet | Your in-platform digital balance used for payments, refund credits, loyalty point redemptions, and promotional credits. |
Loyalty Program | The Your Garage rewards system with four tiers (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum) that awards points for purchases and engagement. |
3. Platform Services
Your Garage operates as an automotive services marketplace connecting users with service providers. We offer the following service categories:

Marketplace Model: Your Garage acts as a marketplace intermediary. Service providers — including mobile service providers, breakdown and recovery drivers, convenience drivers, and delivery drivers — are independent contractors, not employees. While we vet all providers and enforce quality standards, the service agreement is between you and the provider.
4. User Accounts
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and a legal resident of Qatar (or have a valid visa) to use the Platform. By creating an account, you represent that you meet these requirements.

You may authenticate via email/password, Google, Apple Sign-In, or phone OTP›
You must not share your account or allow unauthorized access›
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account›
You may add and manage multiple vehicles in your garage
Account Termination
You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or remain inactive for more than 24 months. Wallet balances will be refunded according to our Refund Policy upon account closure.
5. Orders & Payments
Pricing & Currency
All prices are displayed and charged in Qatari Riyal (QAR). Prices include applicable taxes unless explicitly stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed.

Authorization Holds
For service bookings (mobile services, car wash, detailing, locksmith, tinting, garage bookings, breakdown/recovery, and convenience delivery), we place an authorization hold on your payment method at the time of booking. Product orders are charged immediately. The actual charge (capture) for services occurs only when the service is completed. If the service is cancelled, the hold is voided and the funds are released back to your account. Authorization holds expire after 7 days if not captured.
Order Lifecycle
Orders progress through defined stages: Pending → Confirmed → In Progress → Completed (or Cancelled). For product orders, additional stages include Shipped and Delivered. You will receive real-time notifications at each stage change via push notifications and in-app updates.
Commission & Platform Fees
Your Garage charges a commission on transactions facilitated through the marketplace. Commission structures may be percentage-based, fixed-fee, tiered, hybrid, or dynamically calculated based on region, service type, and partner tier. Specific commission rates are agreed upon in individual partner agreements and are visible to partners via the Partner Portal dashboard.
Commission is deducted before settlement to the service provider or partner. Users are not directly charged commission — it is factored into the service pricing displayed on the Platform. All commission schedules and settlement timelines are detailed in each partner's contractual agreement.
6. Loyalty Program
Our loyalty program rewards you for using the Platform. Points are earned on qualifying purchases and can be redeemed for wallet credits.

Tier status is evaluated monthly based on trailing 12-month points›
We reserve the right to modify the program with 30 days notice
7. Refunds & Cancellations
Full details are available in our Refund Policy. Key points:
- Services cancelled 2+ hours before appointment: 100% refund
- Services cancelled within 2 hours: 85% refund (15% cancellation fee)
- Provider no-show: 100% refund + 10% service credit
- Products returned within 14 days in original condition: full refund
- Refunds processed within 5-10 business days to original payment method
- Wallet credits issued to refunds are available instantly
8. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to engage in any of the following:
Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of Qatar law
Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information
Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or access source code
Scraping, data mining, or automated data collection from the Platform
Interfering with or disrupting Platform systems or security features
Impersonating another person or misrepresenting your identity
Using stolen or unauthorized payment methods
Submitting false reviews or manipulating ratings
Harassing, threatening, or abusing service providers or staff
Circumventing geographic or access restrictions
9. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, UI designs, software, and technology on the Platform are the exclusive property of Your Garage LLC or our licensors. This includes the “Your Garage” name, logo, Garage Buddy AI, and all associated branding.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise use our intellectual property without prior written consent. User-generated content (reviews, photos, feedback) remains your property, but you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute it in connection with the Platform.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY QATAR LAW:
- The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, and we disclaim liability for any service disruptions, data loss, or system failures
- Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim
- We are not liable for the actions, negligence, or quality of work performed by independent service providers
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- AI recommendations from Garage Buddy are for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional automotive advice
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Your Garage LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, infringement of any third-party rights, or any content you submit.
12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Qatar. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Qatar.
Dispute Resolution
We encourage resolving disputes informally first. Contact our support team at support@yourgarage.qa. If informal resolution fails, disputes will be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the Qatar International Centre for Conciliation and Arbitration (QICCA). Class actions and jury trials are waived to the extent permitted by law.
13. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance through in-app notifications and email. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. If you disagree with the changes, you must stop using the Platform and close your account.
14. General Provisions
- Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
- Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
- Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Your Garage LLC.
- Assignment: You may not assign or transfer these Terms. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.
- Force Majeure: We shall not be liable for delays or failures in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
